Studio Slev is not responsible for outcomes, performance metrics, or business decisions made based on our work.

While we consistently strive for quality, relevance, and accuracy, creative services are inherently subjective. As a result, effectiveness may differ depending on usage, platform requirements, or external factors beyond our control.

Regarding payment, timely settlement of invoices is essential to maintaining project momentum. Late payments may incur penalties and may also result in paused work, revised timelines, or delayed delivery. Once full payment has been received, ownership of the final, approved designs transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Project scope remains clearly defined in the signed project agreement. This includes revisions, formats, timelines, and final deliverables. Should requests extend beyond the agreed scope, we will quote additional fees before proceeding. This approach ensures transparency and protects the integrity of the creative process.

Although ownership transfers upon payment, Studio Slev retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio use, self promotion, and marketing purposes, unless a prior written agreement states otherwise.

To support a smooth workflow, clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information. Additionally, clients are responsible for securing any permissions, licenses, or releases related to locations, talent, or intellectual property they supply. Prompt review and approval of deliverables within agreed timelines is also required to avoid project delays.

We treat all information shared throughout the project as confidential and do not disclose it to third parties, except where required by law or with client consent.
